We work with clients ages 12 and above navigating anxiety, depression, overthinking, stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Whether things feel overwhelming or you’re just not feeling like yourself lately, we’re here to help you make sense of it and feel more in control.
Our approach is rooted in evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, ACT, and other modalities, while also focusing on building a genuine connection, because therapy works best when you feel understood.
